By using Brands India, you agree not to:
Violate WhatsApp’s or Meta’s policies.
Send spam, unsolicited messages, or any misleading content.
Engage in illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
Attempt to disrupt the Software or compromise its security.
Use Brands India to send prohibited content, including but not limited to hate speech, violence, or adult material.
Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in suspension or termination of your account.
5. Account Registration and Security
To access Brands India, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your account.
6. Data Privacy & Compliance
We comply with data protection laws and ensure that user data is handled securely. By using Brands India, you acknowledge that you are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from your customers for WhatsApp communication. You must comply with applicable data privacy regulations, including but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, and WhatsApp’s policies.
7. Fees & Payments
Brands India may offer free and paid plans. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.
8. Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access to Brands India if you violate these Terms, WhatsApp’s policies, or applicable laws. We also reserve the right to discontinue services with reasonable notice.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Brands India is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy, or that the Software will meet your specific needs.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Brands India.
